Responsibilities:

• Carry out daily operation and maintenance of Avaya IPT, PABX and network routing.
• Implementation and migration projects for all of the network and voice system.
• Solution Preparation/Proposal based on Customers’ Requirements.
• Coordinate with business units for project delivery.
• Audit and review log regular to ensure user environment stable.
• Available for 7 x 24 duty (standby).

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma in Computer Science or equivalent;
• At least 3 years experiences in Avaya UC, TDM and VoIP network design, implementation & Maintenance is a must; less experience will be considered as Assistant Engineer;
• Experience in CTI, IVR, Voice Recording, WFO system preferred;
• Holder of ACIS or ACSS is an advantage;
• Excellent analytical and troubleshooting skills with ability to work and manage multiple projects with high independence;
• Solid project management experience and good communication skills with business units;
• Strong sense of responsibility and self-motivated with positive attitude;
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese and able to communicate in Mandarin.
