Responsibilities:

• To focus mainly on project development stage of various projects in a research laboratory.
• To be responsible on project management like KPI, budget planning, timeline and project scopes for all ongoing or newly developed projects, ensure the fulfillment to management expectation
• To be responsible for all project administrative works and to coordinate with different internal and external parties, ensure the smooth completion of the project development stage
• To work collaboratively across multi-functionally teams within the group.
• To handle any other projects or duties assigned by the Senior Management when required.
• Some experience in developing and implement financial models for R & D projects preferred.

Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree of BBA, Science, Engineering or related discipline.
• Project management experience, with experience in a R&D based organization would be an added advantage.
• Ability to analysis complex information including numerical analysis, present key conclusions and withstand challenge from internal and external parties
• Excellent communication skill and presentable.
• Strong problem solving and analytical mind.
• Strong market sense, good with people and charming.
• Willing and quick to learn new technology.
• Strong work ethic, positive attitude, punctual, and GOOD attendance record.
• Ability to multitask and deal with a varied workload.
• Familiar with MS Office software: Outlook, Excel, Word and PowerPoint.
• Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese.
• Self-motivated, well-organized, initiative and independent.
