Our client is a SI company now is looking for candidates for an Engineer due to its expanding team. 

Responsibilities: 

• Candidate will be assigned to support Network and infrastructure  
• Handle and provide daily network support and fault management to ensure fulfilling the clients’ agreement
• Monitor and maintain system performance in good condition 
• Assist in provisioning and tools development
• Participate in the ad-hoc assignment if needed

Requirements:

• Diploma/ Degree holders and above in Engineering, Computer Science, Telecommunication, Radio Network & related discipline
• Solid experience in IT installation and maintenance support is advantage, preferably gained from sizeable firm
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Excellent interpersonal and a strong sense of responsibility
