Responsibilities 

• Manage projects (electronics & mechanical) including project evaluation, planning, implementation, monitoring, follow up, technical review, advice, trouble-shooting, new materials evaluation etc
• Oversee the scheduling, budgetary cost, coordination and implementation of products and services for assigned customer accounts
• Ensure effective communication and coordinate cross-functional teams and vendors in project development for OEM/ODM customers
• Ensure Design For Manufacturing by collaborating with engineering, quality and manufacturing teams to develop FMEA, process flow, fixture designs, QCP and process validation etc
• Organize samples and document submission for product evaluation, testing and  approbation process
• Drive continuous improvement program with production, engineering and quality team

Requirement

• University graduate in Mechanical/ Electronics / Electrical/ Industrial Engineering 
• 3 years working experiences in Project Management, and preferable in OEM / ODM manufacturing for Lighting or Consumer Electronics products
• In-depth knowledge and practical experience in product development and manufacturing process flows.
• Knowledge in safety requirements, circuit design and/or software design on lighting products is a plus, but not compulsory.
• Ability to work in a multi-project environment to effectively balance resources.
• Ability to drive projects and/or people to their required deadlines.
• Innovative and strategic, an out-of-the-box-thinker.
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua.
• Frequent travel to DongGuan factory
• Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Project Engineer.
