Responsibilities:

• Perform coordination work between vendor and customers. Such as agreements, orders and control delivery schedule, AR & AP issues, price control and etc.
• Follow up assigned projects from sample stage to mass production and expand sales volume.
• Cost analysis and negotiation with Japanese vendors.
• Cooperate with Shenzhen office to handle customers' request and build up close relationship with customers.
• Around 1~2 times daily trip per week and occasionally overnigh trip to China or other countries.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above.
• Over 2 year experience in sales or project control role.
• Able to work and solve problems independently, aggressive and well-organized.
• Strong analytical, communication and presentation skills.
• Good command of written and spoken Cantonese, Mandarin and English.
• Capable to communicate in Japanese (N2 or above)
• Proficient in PC knowledge (MS Word, Power point and Excel).
• Candidates with less experiences will be considered as coordinator.
