Job Description：

1、Perform data center IT equipment operations and maintenance supports.

2、Server and switch installation, debugging, component replacement and etc.

3、Server and device mounting and handover acceptance check

4、Server and network device Deployment support

5、Trouble shooting and failure incident support

6、Equipment relocation between Rack service

7、Asset management

8、Record issue log and prepare reports，written by English and Chinese.

Qualification Required:

1、Diploma or Bachelor Degree in electronics/computer science, engineering or an equivalent combination of education; other related disciplines will be also considered

2、Minimum 2 years relevant experiences

3、Experience in IDC project management or IDC operation is highly preferred

4、Good communication & interpersonal skills and positive personality

5、Proficiency in MS Office applications and Chinese Word Processing

6、Good command of spoken and written Chinese and English, proficiency in Putonghua is an advantage
