Job Description

The candidate will co-ordinate with parties, e.g. renovation, lighting, designer, electrical works, cabling, main contractors and end users.

Observe to tight deadlines.

Arrange materials/equipment delivery to sites

Supervise site installation and allocate company resources efficiently.

Review schematic drawings.

Provide and execute solutions.

Prepare project documentation and submittals.

Report project progress daily to General Manager.

Requirements and Qualification

Application without an application letter will not be considered.

Degree or higher diploma holders of Electronics, Electrical, IT, Building Management. 

Very good site work project experience.

A combination of skill sets in conferencing room audio visual equipment installation, ELV, security system, or decoration design and build.

He/She should have knowledge in AV Equipment e.g. projectors, amplifiers, display, speakers, matrix, window wall controller and smart office/home.

Candidates of experience in security system is an added advantage.

Candidates should have good communication skill in Cantonese, English and Putonghua.

The candidate must be a team player and independent.

Candidates of less experience may apply for Project Engineer.
