Responsibilities:

• Manage to collect customer requirements to establish development projects with a given budget, timeline and quality
• Manage various deliverables to customers including but not limited to quotation, prototype, samples, tooling and project plan
• Communicate with external and internal stakeholders to resolve various issues throughout development cycle
• Lead product/component sourcing
• Convey development project to commercialization and production
  
  

Requirements:

• University graduate with discipline in Engineering or related
• 5-10 years product development and project management experience for hard, soft and electronic toys
• Strong foundation in plastic, tooling and electronic toys development and manufacturing processes
• Proven record of project management roles with various projects simultaneously
• Managerial capability to lead and supervise development team and production line
• Energetic, detail-oriented and crucial in good team spirit
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• Frequent travel in Dong Guan district required
