As part of the UTC Aerospace Systems, our site is located in Hong Kong to support the Asia Pacific customers in aircraft wheels and brakes services. To cope with our business development, we are seeking a high calibre to join our team.

Position Summary

Responsible for leading and implementing organizational change, Lean manufacturing, development of quality and production management programs (e.g., ACE) to assist internal and external parties with initiatives to reengineer processes and methods to ensure company objectives in the area of cost, efficiency, and quality are met.

Job Responsibilities:

• Plan, lead, facilitate, close and follow-up on ACE improvement events and projects

• Manage ACE projects to align with and support policy deployment goals, using the fundamental tools

• Prepare training materials and reports, and train employees on ACE tools, skills and principles

• Assess ACE initiatives and provide input and recommendations on future events and plans for ACE deployment activity

• Develop and mentor others (and self) to become leaders in ACE principles

• Support and Implement the company safety, environmental and health policy and conduct EHS audit

• Help develop EHS related training and qualification activities and requirements.

• Other duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above, preferably in business, technical, engineering or operations

• Experience in working at a manufacturing plant is preferred

• Knowledge of lean, continuous improvement, six sigma and 5S initiatives

• Excellent communication (fluent English and Cantonese) and problem solving skills
