Responsibilities:

• Manage all finance and accounting operations and reporting in Hong Kong
• Prepare management reporting package and report financial performance to headquarter
• Perform financial analysis and review of accounting functions of the Company to assist decision making of the management
• Review and monitor budget, forecasts and capital expenditure plans of the Company to ensure optimal performance is achieved
• Act as a business partner to the CEO in supporting and formulating business strategy and planning.
• Review accounting procedures and internal controls
• Identify areas of risk and potential business opportunities and provide supporting analysis

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree in Accounting, Finance, or other related disciplines with a CPA and/or IA qualifications
• At least 8 years finance and accounting related experience in Securities field and financial services industry, with audit background is definitely an advantage
• Experienced internal auditor, risk professional or business practitioner who is a deep subject matter expert Financial Markets
• Strong leadership and interpersonal skills
• Good analytical and problem solving skills
• Proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese (including Mandarin)
• Occasional travel to Shenzhen may be required
