Providing the highest level of care and service to our valued patients and clients is of the highest importance at VSH.  We are looking for an exceptional leader to manage our team of Client Care Specialists.  This position will oversee our client care team to deliver important elements of the patient and client experience.  The position will also oversee the hospital call-center and concierge desk. 

Responsibilities of the client care team include welcoming patients and clients to the hospital, handling inquiries in-person and on the telephone, booking appointments, checking-in and checking-out clients, and corresponding with doctors and clinics to facilitate referrals.  The client care manager will also be tasked with developing protocols, systems, and hands-on training that enable the client care team to consistently provide the highest level of service and hospitality to every person that visits VSH.

Must be fluent in Cantonese and English.

Experience in health services or client services positions such as the airline and hotel industries is a positive.
