主要職責:

• 定時向經理匯報，並協助管理其店舖營運
• 協助培訓及指導新入職員工
• 須定期檢討服務標準及員工表現
• 處理一般文書工作

職位要求:

• 領導才能、獨立處理能力、富團隊合作精神、具責任感
• 良好電腦操作技巧及良好中英文溝通能力
• 經驗較淺者可申請「助理店舖主管」職位

Job Responsibilities:

• Regularly Report to manager and assist in managing the shop operations
• Assist training for the new staff
• Regular review for service standards and staff performance
• Handling with general clerical work 

Job Requirements:

• Leadership and independent processing skills, Strong team spirit, and sense of responsibility
• Good computer skills and good communication skills in both English and Chinese
• Less experienced will be consider as assistant supervisor

Employment terms: meal provided, on-the-job training, 6 working days a week, 8 working hours, 10 annual leave, medical insurance, fast promotion to senior chef
