Responsibilities:

• Manage and liaise with exhibits, contractors and relevant authorities to ensure new store openings in Hong Kong International Airport
• Lead the team to ensure all projects are managed in strict accordance with the approved program schedule, cost & budget, quality standard as well as compliance with all local requirements
• Coordinate with the team in the matters of menu set-up, production quality, risk control and factory management
• Identify market trend and opportunities to make sure the operations remain competitive and cutting edge
• Boost sales revenue by providing strong leadership to the team to execute operation
• Maintain oversight of inventory and warehousing

Requirements: 

• Degree in Hospitality, Catering Operations or Business Management
• 5 years related working experience in sizable company, fast food chain is preferred
• Strong in leadership, problem solving and communication
• Excellent in interpersonal and negotiation skills with different parties
• Proficient in both English and Mandarin
