Job Description

Conduct guests check-in and check-out, handle front desk duties, maintain guest relationship, assist operations of the property, coordinate with properties and other departments to maintain high service standards, and handle ad hoc projects as required.

Job Requirement

• F.5 or above, diploma or certificate in Hospitality management / Travel / Tourism or related disciplines
• Good command of spoken and written English, Chinese and Mandarin, knowledge of other languages is an advantage
• Willing to work on shift duty
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Good team spirit and customer oriented
• Candidate with more experience will be considered as Senior Front Desk Associate
