Our client is international company with founder in U.K. and France to provide thelifestyle service(such as travel, air ticket, fine dining, limo service, entertaining and advanture ) for VIP and high networth individual clients.

Concierge Consultant

(Experience in hotel, airlines, travel or call centres are welcome, This is not telemarketing, no need to do sales call.)

Salary range (depends on experiences) :

$16-20K + quarterly KPI (8-12% or above) x 13 months plus year end bonus

Working hours :

*8.5 hours x 5 days any 5 days between Sunday to Saturday

*Shared team – 24 hours, shift according to roster

*Around 4-6 overnight shift per month

Purpose of job :

The candidates will fulfill the request through a variety of resources (via phones , emails, wechat, and other communications response in a prompt, professional, and concise manner, befitting the servicing to the clients.

Duties :

-Handle inbound/outbound calls (non-telesales)

-Provide life style information and other requests as necessary, e.g. travelling itinerary, ticketing, fine dining, entertainment, lifestyle products…etc.

-Excellent manner for customer service.

-Cantonese and good in writing and speaking English
