Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for tendering, project execution and site supervision of electrical projects
• Liaising with clients, main contractors, consultants and sub-contractors
• Monitoring the project progress and problem solving
• Coordinating by communicating project objectives, contract scope, terms and schedule
• Assisting in budget preparation, negotiations, monitor schedules for various projects
• Assisting in creating a schedule of all phases of the project
• Visiting the project site/factory for coordination and quality review occasionally
• Ad-hoc duties assigned by the Management

Qualification:

• Higher Diploma or above in Project Management or equivalent
• Minimum 3 years relevant experience in Electrical project management
• Project management experience in hotel /commercial or large-scale projects
• Self-motivated, organized and pro-active, and demonstrate self-initiative and enthusiasm able to work in a busy environment
• Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
• Proficient in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
