Responsibilities:

• Develop CRM strategy and prepare customers’ acquisition and retention programs to cater for business needs
• Understand market trend and develop customers’ spending analysis for business use
• Develop segmented marketing programs with financial estimation to drive spending
• Responsible for preparation of spending analysis and report for management’s review
• Manage and evaluate the effectiveness of different marketing programs
• Perform regular competitor research and customer survey to ensure customers’ satisfaction

Requirements:

• Bachelor in Marketing or Communications or related disciplines
• Minimum 8+ years experiences in CRM marketing or food marketing
• In-depth knowledge of food industry. Proven record in turning on / offline communication, events and other promotion activities into positive business results
• Exceptional analytical, project and time management skill, able to translate data into actionable consumer insights
• Experience in working within multichannel CRM program with a focus on customer acquisition, retention and segmentation
• Self-motivated, attention to details and result oriented
• Creative and good interpersonal skills
• Good copywriting skill. Proficient in both written English and Chinese.
