Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Coordinate in potential site searching and identifying for the expansion of chain store network
- Work closely with the whole Saizeriya team to ensure the smooth opening of new restaurants
- Coordinate site designing with proprietors
- Structure and negotiate leasing terms and conditions
- Rental renewals of existing restaurants
Requirements:
- Degree holder in any disciplines
- 2-year working experience (Preferable in project coordinating or commercial leasing management)
- Good English and Chinese verbal and writing skills
- Excellent communication, negotiation and interpersonal skills
- Approachable social attitude
- Candidate with less experience will be considered as Leasing Assistant
