Job Description
Job Duties:
- Provide training to customer and their staffs about the correct usage of equipment and how to maintain their equipment in a good condition
- Coordinate with sales team for equipment demonstration
- Review current training workflows and provide feasible suggestions.
- Provide support/technical advice to resolve all the daily operation problems that raised by our customer
工作範圍包括:
- 培訓公司客戶及其員工對餐飲設備的正確使用和操作維護
- 協助銷售部同事向客戶示範產品操作
- 定期檢討培訓流程和相關資料
- 提供客戶及技術支援服務,以解決客人日常操作時遇到的問題
Requirements:
- F.6 or above
- Strong expressional and communication skills, proactive, self-motivated and responsible
- Work at customer’s site is required
- Good Command of both spoken and written Chinese and English
- Applicant with food service related working experience preferable but not essential
- Immediate availability is preferred
