Duties 職責:

• Responsible for store’s routine operations including manpower scheduling, inventory update etc
  負責分店日常運作,包括人力調配、存貨管理等
• Monitor to ensure both customer service and food quality be accorded with Management’s requirements
  監察並確保分店顧客服務及出品質素達管理層要求
• Prepare various analysis on the sales figures and sales forecast of the store for management meeting
  分析銷售數據及協助制定銷售策略
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned by the seniors
  執行其他上級安排的職務

Requirements 入職條件:

• HKCEE / DSE or above
  中五或以上程度
• Minimum 2 years’ supervisory experience in F&B; less experienced be considered for the post of Assistant Store Manager
  最少2年督導級飲食工作經驗,經驗較低者會考慮為副店長職位
• Proactive, positive work attitude
  良好顧客服務態度、主動及積極
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
  解決問題及應變技巧
• Good command of Cantonese, Putonghua and English
  能操粵語、英語及普通話
• Eligible to work in Hong Kong
  合資格在香港工作
  
• Available immediately or with short notice preferred
  可即時或短時間上班者優先

Working Hours / Days:          10 hours / day, 6 days / week, shift duty

工作時間 / 日數:                     每天10小時,每週工作6天,輪休

Working Locations:                stores at Kowloon / Hong Kong / New Territories

                                                (transfer subject to operational needs)

工作地點:                                九龍區 / 香港區 / 新界區分店

                                               (按營運需要,員工會被調派至不同區域工作)

Salary & Benefits:                  HK$20,000 – HK$22,000 / month

                                               (based on work experience), free meal
