Job Description

• Responsible for, but not limit to, the Concierge, Operator, Front Office operation, to provide service for guest to fulfill guests’ needs
• Provide quality service to the guests by responding to requests promptly, efficiently and courteously during check-in, check-out and throughout the guest's experience
• Handle cash transaction and ensure cash float is maintained
• Handle guests’ incoming and outgoing correspondence, such as facsimile, e-mail etc.
• Daily interaction with both guests and hotel team members and providing them information by telephone, e-mail or in written responses
• To assist the Assistant Manager and Hotel Manager in managing the department according to the established standards

 Requirement

• Diploma or Degree of hotel management or the equivalent
• Familiarity with the Micro-Fidelio’s Opera system will be an advantage
• Excellent communication skills with fluency in English and Mandarin (both written and verbal) is required
• Proficiency in computer knowledge, including Word, Excel, PowerPoint
• Ability to work a flexible schedule that will include early mornings, late nights, overnight, weekends and holidays
