Job Description
Accountabilities – Key Result Areas
- Convert conceptual user requirements into functional requirements in a clear manner i.e. creating process models, specifications, diagrams, charts
- Define and evaluate existing business functions and processes leveraging POS and CRM systems. Provide recommendations to management on process improvements by utilizing and leveraging applications in the logistics space.
- Conduct Research and troubleshoot all POS and CRM related issues
- Assist in the design sessions of prototyping the new systems
- Update software validation documentation
- Document system processes in accordance with the organization's policies and procedures.
- Resolve problems and guide users on corrective actions.
Experience / Qualification Requirements
- Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or Computer Science (very relevant experience can be substituted for the required education on the basis of one calendar year of experience for one academic year of education)
- 2+ years of Information Technology and retail systems experience
- Solid SQL Query/Programming skills.
- Experience in POS, Payment Providers, Pin Pads, Credit & Debit card is an advantages
- Experience with com or equivalent MS Dynamics CRM is an advantages
- Ability to convey technical specifications in a business-friendly manner
- Excellent communication and data analysis skills
- Ability to learn new tools and technologies as required
- Problem-solver, team player
- Detail-oriented, highly organized and results driven
- Ability to multi-task, meet deadlines
