Requirements
- Hands on experience in Windows server, firewalls, intrusion detection systems, anti-virus software etc
- Familiar with network configuration, monitoring and troubleshooting
- Knowledge of PowerShell, VBA scripting is an advantage
Duties
- Perform routine system and network monitoring
- Provide user and system technical support
- Implement system upgrade and computer installation
- Configure and troubleshoot system, network and security infrastructure
- Provide technical solutions to mitigate security vulnerabilities and automate repeatable tasks
