Job Description
Responsibilities and Duties
- Provide support to customers in system upgrades, installing PCs, relocation and office tools
- Event, meeting and conference support - AV system support
- Respond to customer requests via phone and e-mail in a timely and accurate manner
- Analyze and troubleshoot customer hardware and software problems
- Account creation and termination
- Update of IT Inventory
Qualifications and Required Attributes
- Diploma or above in Computer Science, Information System or Information Technology with a minimum of 2 years relevant experience
- Sound technical knowledge and experience in all or some of the following areas: Linux,VMware, Microsoft Windows server, Exchange server. Windows 7, 10, MS Office, Symantec endpoint
- Certification in MCITP/ MCSE/ MCTS/ MCSA will be an added advantage
- Good written and verbal communications skills
