• Handle end user IT requests and support tasks
• Installation of company approved hardware and software
• Provide desktop, network and system support
• Execute tasks according to internal IT security policies

Job Requirements:

• Diploma or above with at least 2 years experience in IT service
• Hands-on knowledge on various commonly used PC hardware/software, MS Windows OS and MS Exchange environments
• Practical skills in windows servers such as MS AD, GPO, DNS and DHCP
• Good command of Mandarin is preferable
• Fresh Graduate and candidates with less experience will also be considered
