Responsible for the global Property Level systems and platform, this role will focus on New PMS deployment including vendor engagement, product developments, data centre technology, data platform solution, systems setup and project planning and implementation, and post live support.  This role is required to provide both technical and business-related expertise for the projects.

Key Accountabilities

• Launch and implement New Property Management Systems (PMS) and global deployment
• Work closely within the IT Products team on other systems deployment include Master Data Management, Customer Relationship Management, other Operational Systems, to provide support and business-related expertise
• Work closely with IT Corporate Systems and IT Operations team to ensure that all coordination is in place and all Projects move smoothly
• Ensure that timely communications on Projects is distributed to the right people corporately and at any Development/Project site
• Works closely with the Operations to develop and revised the HSH standard code for New PMS, assist in the Projecting and along to installation of IT systems. 
• Ongoing maintain the project documentation should take the shape of user guidelines, audit procedures, polices for use, checklists, testing/version guides and standard HSH installation and training plans.
• Act as part of a team to provide audits and system reviews and documents recommendations to maximize the use of IT products in the business. 
• Works closely with the Vendor on systems design & enhancement; prepare functionary requirement documentation and request for proposal.  Manage and hosting workshop or meeting for any new functionary implementation to any Operational Systems at the Corporate and Development level.
• Collaborate with the Director, IT Products to maintain a technical library to support the Operations Systems function

General Requirements

• Degree in Computer Science of Information Technology, at least 4 years’ experience in Project Management
• Ability to communicate with all levels of employee, able to manage people at the level of senior management
• Good analytical and technical skills, system and business analysis skills
• Experience in ITIL process management, deploying property management, general networks, windows OS/Servers, Microsoft Azure Services & Portal or other cloud experience
• Knowledge in mobile device management, compliance & security requirements, system development life cycle
• Ability to speak English fluently
