Job Duties:

• Daily monitoring warehouse management system and provide support to warehouse team
• Identify any faults, trouble shooting, resolve system errors, and escalates to supervisor when necessary
• Coordinate with internal/ external parties, vendors, and service partners for fault isolation and service restoration
• As a trainer of the system and provide training to team members
• Data analysis, reports generation, operations menu translation, and other documentation preparation
• To handle other tasks assigned by Manager Warehouse

Requirements:

• Form 6 or above
• Good command of written English
• Minimum 1 year working experience
• Good team player with good problem solving skills
• Able to work independently and work under pressure
• Strong interpersonal skills and good communication skill
• Computer knowledge is required, knowledge with SAPMM and SAPWM is a plus
