Our client is an internationally recognized electronic brand that is vastly expanding in Hong Kong and China. They are looking for motivated individuals to join their IT department.

IT Manager

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

Monitor and maintain integrity of IT system, networks, data security and ensure maximum system operational efficiency

Implementing and maintain the ERP system, with experience in EPICOR ERP is highly preferred.

Deliver timely, reliable and quality IT solutions to meet different internal projects needs

Monitor IT procurement and vendor performance

Perform IT asset management

Provide technical support, telephone and onsite helpdesk services to end users on computer hardware and software 

Design internal IT policies and guidelines 

REQUIREMENTS

Degree / Higher Diploma holder in Computer Science, IT or related disciplines

At least 5 years' hands-on experience in IT system maintenance

Experience in IT of hotel industry will be an advantage

Good knowledge of networks setup & maintenance

Self-motivated, responsible, with good problem solving and collaboration skills

Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
