- To provide technical support to customers, PC support; audio & TV trouble shooting
- To follow up support cases assigned upon case closed
- Prepare & report for support case summary
- To provide switch & router configuration
- Handle phone support; remote support
- Health Check for Client PC: network connection; security patch; anti-virus scanning
Requirements:
- 3years working experience in IT industry or related
- Experience to support Notebooks (HP; Lenovo; Dell; Samsung; Sony)
- Able to support Apple device (iPad; iPhone)
- Knowledge of Bar Code reader
- HP LaserJet
