Key Role and Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to backend payment system including application, server, database and networking
• Provide daily infrastructure maintenance in AWS cloud as well as on premises
• Design, implement and maintain CI/CD workflow
• Work as infrastructure architect role suggesting best solution for new project
• Work out infrastructure related policy and procedure compliance to PCI-DSS
• Provide continuous improvement with latest technologies and provide guidance to technical support engineers

Qualifications and Requirements:

• Bachelor Degree or above in Computer Engineering/Science, or related discipline
• At least 5 years infrastructure support experience in a high demand and high availability internet infrastructure setup
• At least 2 years hands on experience in Linux and AWS
• Experience in RDS-MySQL is required
• Experience in IT automation is required (such as scripting, infrastructure-as-code, etc)
• Knowledge in security is required such as Linux hardening, HTTPS hardening, WAF, audit trail, etc
• Knowledge in networking is required such as AWS DirectConnect, BGP routing, VLAN management, etc
• Experience in ITIL process will be an advantage such as Change Management, Incident Management, etc
• Experience in Java app deployment (Tomcat & Spring boot) will be an advantage
• Experience in CI/CD (e.g. Jenkins, CloudFormation, etc) will be an advantage
• Experience in SIEM product (e.g. OSSIM) will be an advantage
• AWS Certified Architect or ITIL or Linux related certificate will be an advantage
• Good command in Cantonese and English
