Job Description:
- To provide Installation & technical support services to potential customers, e.g. PC/Laptop Installation and Migration, Cloud-based application configuration e.g. O365
- To follow installation guideline and troubleshooting software application problems
Job Requirements:
- Diploma of above in Computer Science, Information Technology
- Knowledge in Microsoft Windows 7, Windows 10 Operating System, & Disk Cloning
- Familiar with PC desktop hardware platform on HP; LENOVO PC & peripherals (printer, scanner, etc)
- Enthusiastic in new technologies and willing to learn
- Self-motivated and the ability to work under pressure
- Good interpersonal skill and excellent verbal and written communication, in both English and Chinese (Cantonese and Putonghua)
