Job Description
Our client is a leading solution provider. Due to the rapid growth of the company, they are now looking for talented individuals to join the professional team.
About the Role
- Provide Tier-1 ERP application/system installation and support including Oracle Database design, Operating System Settings and Storage Requirement
- Design and Configure the Oracle Database with DR, HA and encryption approach
- Provide housekeeping scripts for Oracle Database log files such as Alert Logs, DB Dump Files
- Conduct application Performance Test, including writing testing plan and scripts, setting up the performance test tool and executing the testing
About the Person
- Degree holder or above in Computer Science or related discipline
- 7+ years’ experience in Tier one ERP implementation experience as an infrastructure consultant / specialist / Engineer
- Experience in Tier 1 ERP upgrading experience and scripts for the Startup, Shutdown and Health Check of Oracle Database.
- Technical experience in PeopleSoft or Oracle EBS infrastructure and Database setting up is a plus
- Knowledge in application development using Oracle development tools such as Oracle Forms, Oracle Reports and Oracle Discoverer will be a great advantage
- Good verbal and written communication skills
