Responsibilities 

• Responsible for daily system administration and help desk support including problem troubleshooting, end user support, PC repair / relocation, laptop / desktop setup & projector / Video conference setup;
• Provide support for in-house applications such as Intranet Portal, ERP System applications, etc.;
• Responsible for ad-hoc projects as assigned.

Requirements

• Higher Diploma / Degree Holder in Information Technology / Computer Studies or related disciplines
• Holder of Microsoft and related professional certificates is preferred;
• Strong IT technical skills with excellent desktop / notebook support knowledge in a distributed computing environment;
• Immediate available preferred.
• Working Location: Tuen Mun/ Tsuen Wan
