The appointee is expected to provide support to the development of servers, workflow, printing management and teaching-related software at the CIE Shek Mun Campus. He/She is expected to work independently with minimal supervision in handling projects and providing consultation to users on the use of computers, networking and AV equipment in the above areas. Shift duties will be required. 

Requirements: 

• Holder of Degree/ Associate Degree/ Higher Diploma in Computing/ Information Technology or related disciplines;
• Preferably 3 years of solid experience in supporting server administration of Linux/ Windows Server VM, internal Workflow System, Printing Management System, and audiovisual e-learning courseware and tools;
• Sound knowledge on IP Phone System is preferred;
• Strong communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
