Requirements:

• Higher Diploma / Degree in Computer Science / Information Technology or related disciplines;
• At least 5 years’ working experience in technical support;
• Hands on experience in TCP/IP Networking, structured cabling, Linux / Windows Server, Active Directory, VMWare, Microsoft SQL Server, DNS, DHCP, AntiVirus, Backup solution and VPN;
• Strong sense of responsibility with self-motivation and logical thinking;
• Strong business sense and good problem solving;
• Good interpersonal communication skills and presentation skills;
• Good command in both written and spoken Cantonese and English;

Responsibilities:

• To monitor of main center and  all installed systems from infrastructure perspectives;
• To provide installation, end-user support and management for both hardware & software issues and miscellaneous computer services;
• To provide on-site and remote technical support on IT related issues;
• To ensure smooth operation of all networking hardware and software;
• To resolve user issues promptly and effectively, liaising closely with management as required;
• To select and work with IT vendor;
• To formulate and set IT direction and strategy for the company to enhance efficiency.
