Job Description
Responsibilities:
• Provide onsite and remote POS System support
• Provide daily office software and hardware user support
• Perform daily system checking and monitoring to ensure smooth system operation
Qualifications:
• Diploma in Information Technology, Computer related disciplines or above.
• 1 year experience in IT system and end-user support
• Experience on MS Windows Server and MS SQL Server
• Good knowledge on computer hardware, systems and software applications
• Immediate availability is preferred.
