Responsibilities

• Respond to user requests in office and personal visits to remote locations, for assistance with system-related concerns
• Support server and desktop hardware, software and applications
• Monitor all backup activities for all subsidiaries of the Group by following the well defined backup procedure
• Support network infrastructure, LAN/WLAN and WAN.
• Work with 3rd party vendor to perform IT support activities
• Manage small to medium sized projects according to agreed-upon budgets and schedules
• Provide on-site support at all locations during business hours and otherwise where problems dictate
• Perform ad hoc assignments and responsibilities requested by supervisor
• Perform system update in regular basis during non office hour

Requirements

• Diploma in IT or related disciplines
• 5 years related experience
• Familiar in MS Exchange 2013, AD, Veeam Backup, VMWare, SAN Storage
• Strong skills in vendor management
• Familiar in POS System of F&B Industry is a plus
• Familiar in Hardware / Software set-up, WAN / LAN, router switch, network cabling
• Good communication skills
• Able to show good planning skill to handle work
• Self motivated, responsible and able to work independently
• Good command of written and spoken Mandarin / English
• Immediately available preferred
