The successful candidate will be responsible for customer database management and handling multiple departments’ data integration, data workflow/ analytics, campaign and membership data.  He/ She will work with IT and vendors to provide support on data maintenance, hosting and file consolidation.  He/ She will also need to drive digital and web analytics and prepare for management reporting.

Requirements:

• Degree in statistics, computer science and information technology or related disciplines
• Minimum 5 years of experience in MIS, data warehouse or database management
• Experience in SQL or CRM solutions/ products and Cloud solution
• Good in English and Chinese communications
• Candidates with less experience will be considered for the position of Senior Analyst
