Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Carry out Windows server & Microsoft application installation and configuration
- Carry out UC System installation and configuration, including IP Phones, Softphone, VC Endpoint, Headset and servers
- Carry out test plan for User Acceptance Test.
- Handle with 2nd-line support both on and off site
- Support remote/onsite project work and work requests
- Update paper work to project manager/Team Lead
- Work to tight timescales as part of a high-performing team
Requirements :
- Diploma or above in computer science / computer engineering / electronic engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum 1 years working experience in engineering position
- Holder of MCSE/MCSA/MCP are preferable
- Prior Experience in Windows server setup is a plus.
- Able to be a Team player
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Willing to learn
- Fresh Graduate will also be considered
- More related experience will be consider as senior position
