Job Requirements
- Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
- 1-2 years working experience in IT technical support to end users
- Experience in MS Window XP, Win 7, Win 8 or Window Live Mail
- Prior exposure in network security or system support is preferable
- Detail-minded, energetic, self-motivated and good team player
- Immediate available is highly preferred
Job Responsibilities
- Support on hardware & software installation, backup and troubleshooting
- Assist in system and network support including firewall, switch and routers etc
- Maintain the backup and restoration of servers and perform system check
