JOB RESPONSIBITY:

• Provide technical support to the helpdesk, operations and system skills transfer to users
• Work closely with the technical team and sales team to provide best solutions to customers
• Handle applications deployments and executions
• Maintain and control of equipment/ software inventory records
• Identify potential issues and feedback to supervisor proactively
• Other IT related ad-hoc tasks when needed
   

JOB REQUIREMENT:

• Degree holder in Computer Science or Electronic Engineering or equivalent
• 5-7 years of experience in Helpdesk Manager
• Strong analytical, good interpersonal and communication skills, being attentive to details
• Customer oriented mindset, and good telephone manner
• Good verbal and written communication in English, Chinese and Mandarin
• Independent and self-motivated character
• Eager to learn and outgoing personality
• Shift duty will be required
