Responsibilities:

• Provide technical support to hospital users
• Perform PC troubleshooting, software and hardware installation, maintenance support and system health check
• Basic network equipment and administration of Microsoft Windows server is required
• Maintains IT hardware asset and software tracking
• Support adhoc projects related to IT
• Provide any other duties as assigned

Requirement:

• High Diploma or above in Computer Science or equivalent
• Knowledge in Windows 10, Windows 7 and MS Office applications
• MTA is preferred, MCSA/MCSE will be an added advantage
• At least 4 years relevant experience in helpdesk support, less experience will consider for junior position
• Strong knowledge in PC hardware and software application
• Knowledge in iOS and Android devices will be added advantage
• Good team player, self-motivated and good communication
• Strong sense of responsibility
