Job Description
Job Descriptions:
- To provide helpdesk and technical support services for user workstation, IT equipment and IT application systems
- To communicate with end users, internal support team and hardware/software contractors
- To control and operate computer systems, network equipment and Network Attached Storage
- To assist in the procurement, testing and deployment of hardware/software
Job Requirements:
- Secondary Graduate, Diploma Holder in computer science or information technology
- At least 3-5 years of experience in IT helpdesk support or related field
- Experience in network support will be an advantage
- Experience in project co-ordination is a plus
- Good communication skills in both written and spoken English
- Able to work independently and under pressure
- Good team player with highly self-motivated, multi-task oriented
