Responsibilities:

• Identify, analyze and elaborate user cases and business requirements, and based on the requirements to develop functional and technical specifications, which includes system architecture, data and work flow for easy communications with vendors, business users and internal IT team.
• Work closely with internal service management team, internal development team and external vendors to provide end-to-end project delivery.
• Assure quality in deliverables by closely overseeing internal development and external vendors' deliverables and conducting testing (SIT/UAT); maintaining a clear set of project documentations.
• Develop and maintain detail documents for knowledge sharing, manage change and training for users.
• Support new technology proof of concept (POC) projects with external start ups and vendors.
• Perform ad hoc duties as assigned

 Requirements:

• Strong experience in implementation of Retail systems, application and data management.
• Degree in information system, Computer Science or related discipline.
• 5+ years of business system analyst, including full end to end project life cycles.
• Candidates with more experienced will be considered for Manager / Assistant Manager positions.
• Ability to think logically to analyze problems and proactively define efficient solutions.
• Strong sense of responsibility, proactivity of exploring and flexibility
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin.
