Responsibilities: 

• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot Windows Operating Systems, iMac IOS, and Microsoft Office and any other authorized desktop applications
• Install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computers, laptops, PA system and any other authorized peripheral equipment
• Establishing a good working relationship with internal departments, our members and vendors 
• Diagnose, analyze and provide solutions to user who experience technical problems through email, network, applications and VPN, etc.
• To assist events’ IT set up and PA system etc. and IT related issues for Fabrica’s store in Shopfloor
• Maintain record of incident, service requests and remedial action taken
• Keep track of IT inventory, and recommendation for improvements
• Assist in ad hoc assignments as required.

Requirements:  

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or related disciplines
• Minimum 2 years’ experience in system support and network support service
• Working knowledge of support Microsoft Windows, Apple / Mac, and handheld devices
• Hands on experience with the help desk and remote-control software
• ITIL cettificate holder is highly advantage
• Attention to details with strong analytical skills and problem-solving abilities
• Strong customer service orientation
• Excellent in English and Chinese
