Responsibilities:

• Provide end-user support and inquiry services, create service logs and escalate inquiries to related parties
• Follow up the status of service logs
• Handle annual maintenance renewal process
• Perform preliminary program testing

Requirements:

• Diploma or above
• 1 year of customer services experience preferably in IT solution field
• Excellent communication skills with professional telephone manner
• Proficient computer skills in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
• Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• A responsible team player with good analytical and interpersonal skill and detail-minded
• Immediate available is preferred
• Fresh graduates will also be considered
