Our client, a regional service company is looking for a Network support specialist to support their networking administration activity.

Responsibilities

• Maintain network standard operation procedure that is related to the network infrastructure. 
• Define acceptance criteria based on contract and those necessary for operational run.
• Collect and validate Data Network topology diagram, LAN/ WAN and other network connection
• Work with network vendor to complete the acceptance criteria and operation run
• Document operational procedures and work instruction as necessary
• Conduct operational tests to validate those documentation as necessary.

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in Computer Science or related discipline
• At least 3 years of Network support experiences
• Good knowledge in network activity e.g. LAN/ WAN
• Knowledge and experience of public/private cloud setup management are preferred
• Good communication in Chinese and English
