Cyber Security Specialist (Telecom)

• Strong Cyber Security Experience
• Telecom Industry
• Cantonese Language skills a must

Role:

• Develop and maintain security policies and guidelines                                                             
• Become the main focal point for all cyber security related technical matters across all areas of security (system administration, cloud, network security, application security).   
• Responsible for monitoring of security controls and handling, investigating and coordinating IT security incidents.                                                                  
• Provide advisory and solutions to business units and customers
• Undergo security services, e.g. conduct risk assessment & security reviews, assist in vulnerability assessments & penetration tests of IT infrastructure & systems, perform security analysis and provide improvement recommendations, etc.
• Stay abreast of emerging security technologies - enterprise mobility & cloud computing, recommend new technologies and processes to assist the operational units within the organization and external customers.                                                                             

Qualifications:                                                                              
A degree in Computer science or equivalent
                                                                  
Experience                                                                                                                                              

• Previous experience working in a SOC environment desirable                                                    
  
• Mandatory:  CISSP / CISA certification or equivalent; Bonus or has aptitude to achieve: CEH or OSCP                                                                     
  
• Knowledge of ISMS, ISO 27001, PCIDSS, RFC 2196 and mainstream IT and security technologies & products.                                                                              
  
• Able to work under pressure with good analytical, problem solving and communication skills.   
  
• Maintain up-to-date market knowledge of security threats.                                        
  
• Proficiency in written technical documents.                                                                               
  
• Demonstrated experience managing and investigating security incidents   
  
• Familiar or experienced in a range of tools: SIEM, SOC, Anti-virus, Anti-spam, Anti-DDos
  
• Salary commensurate with experience, minimum 3 years of work experience required
