Head of Information Security 

• Financial Services/ Banking experience a must
• Responsible for establishing the Infosec framework
• Excellent communication skills (fluent Mandarin)

Job Description:

We are looking for a detail-oriented compliance professional. This role works closely with the CIO, other business units, and HK regulators. The ideal candidate will be have strong interpersonal, influencing and organizational skills. Demonstrable ability to effectively partner with the business and cultural adaptability.

Job Responsibilities:

• Establish competency framework of cybersecurity, including cybersecurity standards and procedures; ensure compliance with regulatory rules and other standards.
• Apply the principles and knowledge of international standards to enhance network and system security.
• Apply cybersecurity related monitoring measures for managing different types of cybersecurity threads.
• Conduct a security incident response process and present an analysis of the results for management’s review.
• Conduct information security and cyber security assessments on different IT projects, and provide a security advisory role to business units.
• Conduct and participate in IT security audits and security testing to access cybersecurity risk protection. 

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree in a Computer Science, information security or related discipline
• Extensive experience in Information Security in a financial institution - Bank
• Strong IT security regulatory/compliance knowledge and skills
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin Chinese
• Professional qualification such as CISM, CISA, CISSP, CRISC desirable, Certificates in cybersecurity is an advantage
