Major Job Duties:

• Handle full spectrum HR functions, including payroll calculation, recruitment process, leave administration and employee relations etc.
• Coordinate and cooperate with retail operations to support retail front line staff in solving HR relevant issues
• Implement HR policies and procedures to ensure the efficiency of the operations of the company
• Assist in implementation of employee relations programs and maintain good communications with front line staff
• Participate and assist in ad-hoc projects.

Requirements:

• Bachelor degree or above in Human Resources or Business Administration or related disciplines
• 3-5 years of solid hands-on general Human Resources experience, preferably in retail industry
• Knowledge of Hong Kong Employment Ordinance / MPF Scheme Ordinance
• Detail oriented and good team player
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
• Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese
• Proficient in MS Office applications
• Experience in SAP system is preferred.
